A day in Cebu Ocean Park
Last weekend, I decided to visit another exciting animal related sightseeing place. The Cebu Ocean Park is the first marine park in Visayas and has the largest oceanarium in the Philippines (bigger than Manila Ocean Park) with function spaces and food hall.
After being closed to guests since April 2020, the largest oceanarium in the country reopened their gates to the local public on November 5, 2020, along with new safety guidelines to ensure guests have fun and safe time.
I spent 5 hours roaming around and enjoyed every bit of attraction in it. Super convenient and the process was really smooth. I was really nervous going in because of Covid19 but precautions were made and it wasn’t as crowded as I thought it would be.
The ocean park is divided into several sections exhibiting both marine and terrestrial wildlife.
I enjoyed seeing the different sea animals plus the reptiles, birds and amphibians who resides there and you will enjoy from Jungle Trek to Lories to Creepy Critters to Oceanarium. The food is also affordable so you don’t have to worry about extra costs of spending lots of money for food. The bird show and mermaid show were entertaining as well.
My favorite part is the Oceanarium, I had so much fun looking at so many different kind of ocean species. The deep tank lagoon which has a volume of 3,500 cubic meters, with a depth of 7.2 meters (24 ft.) and a 360-degree viewing tunnel.
My weekend really spent well. I had a great time plus only few people are there in the venue. The best time to visit is from 9am to 1pm because you can take photos without anyone photobombing at the back. You have the place all by yourself. Social distancing and safety protocols were followed inside the vicinity. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.
It was a very nice experience. I recommend availing the extra packages such as snorkeling for the full experience. The price is worth!
先週末、とある動物に関連する観光地を訪れました。セブオーシャンパークというとビサヤ諸島で初めて作られた、もっとも大きい水族館です。これはマニラにある水族館よりも大きく、ご飯が食べられるスペースがあったりで、いたれりつくせりです。
2020年4月に入館規制が始まった後、2020年11月5日に水族館側は、お客さんが楽しく安全な時間を過ごせるようにするための新しいガイドラインを作成後、地元に人に限定して再開し始めました。
館内で5時間くらい歩き回り、色々楽しむことができました。コロナのせいで本当にドキドキしましたが、プロトコルがしっかりしていて予防策も図られていて思ったほど混雑していませんでした。
オーシャンパークはいくつかのセクションに分かれており、海洋生物と陸上生物の両方が展示されています。
色んな海の動物以外にも、爬虫類、鳥、両生類を見て楽しむことができました。ジャングルトレックから不気味な生き物や海洋生物まで見ることができます。
食べ物も手頃な価格なので、余分な費用を心配する必要はありません。 鳥のショーやマーメイドショーも面白かったです。
私のお気に入りはなんと言っても海洋水族館です。さまざまな種類の魚や海洋生物を見るのは面白かったです。 タンクラグーンは容積3,500立方メートル、深さ7.2メートル（24フィート）の深さがあり、360度ビューのトンネルになっています。
今回の週末は本当に良い時間を過ごすことができました。館内にはお客さんが数人しかいなかったので、周りの人が写真撮影を遮るようなことも起こらず写真を撮ることができました。
いま行くなら、最適な時間は午前9時から午後1時までです。ソーシャルディスタンスや安全に関するプロトコルは厳格に守られました。 スタッフの人たちもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。
もし皆さんがセブオーシャンパークに行きたいのであれば、シュノーケリングなどの追加パッケージを利用して、色んな体験をすることをお勧めします。お金を投じる価値があるはずです！
