Arrival Guide for passengers arriving at Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA)

All arriving domestic passengers are reminded to strictly ensure the compliance in the following protocols and completion of the documentary requirements upon check-in at the airport of origin.

The following protocols and requirement comply with the regulations and protocols of the local governments of Cebu City, Cebu Province, Lapu-Lapu City, and Mandaue City.

CEBU CITY

Community Quarantine Status: GCQ from October 1-31, 2021

In compliance with Cebu City Executive Order No. 143, s. 2021, all passengers bound for Cebu City are required to present the following documents upon check-in at the airport of origin:

• Negative RT-PCR test result taken within the last seventy-two (72) hours;
• Negative Antigen test result taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours; OR
• Negative Saliva test result for fully-vaccinated individuals taken within the last forty-eight (48) hours

Other requirements per passenger classification:

• Returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)/Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROFs)
  • Quarantine Certificate issued by DOH-Bureau of Quarantine stating completion of the required quarantine period and negative RT-PCR test result
  • Valid Identification Card
