As  the adage says, ”Nobody is Perfect” indeed is certain. However, there is always a room for improvement, which can be freely grabbed by individuals who are determined enough to change themselves for the betterment of their lives.

Here are some advices, which I am trying to do and I am sharing these to you.

  • Improve yourself by learning something new – “Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.” –by: Ralph Waldo Emerson
  • Encourage yourself in improving your positive or good habits – “Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.” So, explore some ways to better yourself through your habits.” -by: Jim Rohn

We can actually do this, by reading news that is more beneficial, having a healthier lifestyle and being in the company of good people.

  • Get to Rest Deeply– having enough sleep can make you feel better and can even make you become more optimistic in life.
  • Improve yourself by increasing your focus to the things, which you really want and or the things/activities, which you believe can enhance your skills and your totality as a person.
  • Learn on How to handle your Emotions – Some people can be just easy-goers and are like impassive, which means that they are not that affected on the emotions they may be feeling from the people, which surround them. This maybe a good way in order for them, not to be distracted in their workplaces or at home. However, there are these “emotional or quite sensitive” individuals; and I am one of them, to be honest, I easily cry and get distracted, but after reading some articles on “Individual Success” I have come up to a realization that I have to control my feelings and emotions. In short, I have to learn on handling them. Thus, if a person can be able to do this, he or she can focus on things that are more important and will surely stop dwelling on “negativity”.

「だれも完璧な人はいない」と格言で言われますが、常に改善の余地があると思います。改善をしていくことで、人生がよくなっていきます。

ここでは、わたしが日頃から取り組んでいる改善方法についてシェアしたいと思います。

  • 新しいことを学ぶ
    すでにマスターしたこと以上のものに取り組まなければ、成長は決してありません。
  • 前向きかついい習慣を身につけること
    モチベーションは始めるきっかけを作り、習慣があなたがやることを続けるように作用します。だからこそ、習慣を通して自分自身を成長させる方法を色々探してみてください。
  • しっかり休みをとる
    睡眠をしっかりとることで、気持ちも晴れ、人生が楽観的に捉えられるようになります。
  • 本当にやりたいと思うことにフォーカスすることによって成長する
    みなさんのスキルと、みなさんの人としての魅力が上がっていきます。
  • 自分の感情をコントロールする方法を身につける
    周りの人や、職場、家の環境に気を取られるのはいいことではありません。しかし私も、感情的に非常に敏感な一人です。例えば、すぐに泣いてしまったり、気を取られてしまいがちです。なので、気を取られないようにする方法を学ばないといけないと思っています。
    もし、自分の感情をコントロールできれば、私達がもっとも大切な物事に集中ができ、否定的な感情を取り除くことができるでしょう。
