“Attitudes or actions which I have to stop in my life”

Our attitudes serve as the foundation for everything in our lives. It guides us in deciding on how we see the world and, so each person has his or her own which help him or her to the things which needs focus on and to the things which has to be disregarded.

Many people have asked on “How to Get Rid of Our Bad Attitudes”. Here are some tips: (source: google.com)

  • Determine on what really needs to be changed.
  • Change your style of seeing a certain situation in life.
  • Think of How Your Life will change if your attitude changes.

We mostly hear the advice that we have to be gracious and think of the bright side of life. However, there are times when we become negative thinkers (pessimists). Actually, it is okay to be sometimes negative, but as much as possible we have to control ourselves to have better outcomes in our goals in life. 

“Pessimism” is not a kind of character a person wishes for. It is connected with negativity, which can lead to depression and other factors on people’s temper. However, there are times that being negative can help us. For instance, when we are working on a project and then we are very much worried about the outcome then, in this case we can do our best in the said project.

These are the things or  practices, which I consider to be damaging attitudes and that I should stop.

  • I am a 100% negative thinker and an over thinker as well. I have to discipline myself because this attitude is unhealthy. Things may be hard. However, that is life. I have to be more positive.
  • Thinking of some least important things in life –  I have to focus more on the things in life, which really matter to me, like my family, my children and my job.
  • “Procrastination” (is the action of delaying or postponing something.). I mostly procrastinate and as they say Filipinos commonly do this, but then again this is a negative attitude. Since before I have loved delaying things, if I think I still have time on the next coming days then, I still do not work yet on a specific time, but now I have realized that I have wasted a lot of my time in postponing things.

わたしたちの態度や行動は、人生の土台になります。そしてそれは、どのようにこの世界をみるかをガイドし、どのような物事に彼らが集中するのか、そしてどのように彼ら自身を助けるのかも示すものになります。

みんな、自分自身がもっている悪い行動や振る舞いの直し方を気にしています。ここでは、いくつかのコツをシャアします。

  • 本当に変えるべきことを決める
  • 物事の捉え方を変える
  • ふるまいが変わったときに人生がどのように変わるかを考える

私たちは優雅であるべきというアドバイスを聞き、人生の明るい一面を見なくてはなりません。しかしながら、ネガティブに考えるときもあるでしょう。たまにネガティブになるのは構いませんが、できる限りいい結果を生み出すために自分たち自身をコントロールしなくてはなりません。

以下は、私がやめるべきだと考えている振る舞いや習慣です。

  • 100%のネガティブ思考で、考え過ぎることがあります。この考えは健康にもよくないので、注意しなくてはなりません。実際には直すのは難しいですが、これが人生なので、もっとポジティブにならなくてはなりません。
  • 自分に関わる問題や家族、子供、仕事について集中しなくてはいけません。
  • 先延ばしにする性格を直さないといけません。フィリピン人はよく事を先延ばしにすると言われますが、これはマイナスなことです。以前まで、物事を遅らせることが多かったですが、物事を先延ばしにすることは大きな時間の無駄になることに気づきました。
