Rainy Season is coming…
The rainy season is the season of joy and happiness. …
However, for some people they do not like rain because it is hard to go somewhere and to do outdoor activities. As far as I have remembered when I was young, and the rain started to fall, I sang this song – “rain, rain go away, come again another day, little children want to play” and repeated it many times thinking that the rain would stop.
For me, when rainy days come I feel happy, sad and relaxed. I feel happy when I can see children playing under the rain, chasing and teasing each other and laughing together. This was the best memory and experience in my childhood years. I also feel sad when the rain starts to fall because I can recall the time that the people you love the most are gone forever. Moreover, rain can make me relaxed because it brings coolness to the atmosphere.
Rainy season in the Philippines starts from the month of June to September. Most of the students and workers do not like this season because it is hard to travel due to some reasons such as heavy traffic, flood and limited transportations. On the other hand, rainy season for the children is precious because they enjoyed playing under the rain with their siblings, friends and neighbors.
雨期は、ある意味楽しく喜ばしい時期とも言えます..
外に出かけるのが大変になるので、雨季が嫌いという人は結構います。わたしが幼少の頃の思い出では、雨が降った時に ”雨よどこかに行って、はやく違う日が来て、私たちは遊びたいの” こんな歌を歌っていました。そうすると雨が止むものと考えいたりしました。
私の場合、雨が降ると幸せな気持ちになったり、時には悲しい気持ちになったりリラックス気分になったりします。雨の中遊ぶ子供をみると幸せな気持ちになり、彼らを追っかけたりいじったりしながら一緒に遊ぶことがありました。これは子供のころのいい思い出です。そして悲しくなることもあるのも事実で、それは愛した人のことが思い起こされるときもあるからです。また違う日には、雨がふることで涼しくなるのでリッラクスモードになることもできます。
ここフィリピンでは、６月〜９月が雨期のシーズンになります。大抵の学生やサラリーマンは、この時期が好きではありません。渋滞がひどくなったり、洪水が起こったり、交通機関にも制限がかかることがあるからです。その一方で、子どもたちにとっては友達や兄弟と一緒に雨の中で遊ぶのは貴重な体験になります。
